Job summary

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management seeks an Associate Regional Manager for the Québec City region and Eastern Québec. You will coach wealth management advisors to achieve business objectives and report to the Vice-President and Regional Manager.

You will execute plans, lead a large advisor team, and foster strategic collaborations with compliance and partnerships to grow client assets and revenue in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an activity-related field, with 6–8 years in brokerage.
• Includes 4 years supervising a large advisor team.
• Registration with CIRO is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans developed by the Regional Manager and remove obstacles for the sales force.
• Manage a group of advisors to maximize productivity and revenue opportunities.
• Communicate strategic objectives and organizational information to advisors.
• Evaluate performance and coordinate access to training for partners.
• Oversee front-line communications and day-to-day issue resolution.
• Represent NBFWM in regional events and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
