Job summary

National Bank in Calgary seeks a Regional Administration Manager for the Wealth Management team. You will lead, coach, and develop Associates and Branch Administrators region-wide, ensuring strong administrative support and compliant operations across branches.

You will partner with Wealth Advisory Teams and regional leaders to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management while promoting a positive employee experience and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus leadership experience or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years leadership in wealth management, operations, or administration.
• Relevant wealth management and branch operations experience.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations and handling recruitment and development.
• Experience managing priorities with risk and compliance focus; process improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coaching and performance management of Associates and Branch Administrators across the region.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and succession initiatives for administrative support.
• Promote consistent administrative, operational, compliance and risk-management practices; implement new policies.
• Identify operational challenges and opportunities; propose efficiency and service improvements across branches.
• Support Wealth Advisory Teams by addressing staff, operations, and branch admin matters; escalate when needed.
• Build relationships across branches via visits and collaboration with leadership and employee-engagement initiatives.
