• Strong regulatory and risk awareness for wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of business plan and regional operational initiatives.
• Foster a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships.
• Coordinate with Managing Director, branch management and sales partners.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
• Liaise between branches and head office on processes and programs.
