Job summary

IPEX Inc. Langley plant is seeking a Red Seal Millwright to support maintenance of production machinery. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, air and hydraulic systems, and maintain logs.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and offers day shift 7am-3:30pm or 12-hour days 7am-7pm on a 2x2-3x3 rotation. Red Seal Millwright certificate and at least 3 years of hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Millwright certification required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience maintaining production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of production machinery and related equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment and facilities.
• Maintain maintenance forms, records and log books for equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, air, and hydraulic systems.
• Identify causes of malfunctions on production equipment and implement fixes.
