Premier Tech is seeking a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic / Millwright for our Richer manufacturing facility to inspect, repair and maintain mobile and stationary production equipment to minimize downtime and support continuous improvements. The role requires Manitoba Red Seal certification or an inter-provincial equivalent, strong preventive maintenance experience, documentation, and the ability to work in rotating shifts.

English communication and basic CMMS/PC skills are essential.

Competenze

• Certified Manitoba Heavy Duty Mechanic / Millwright or inter-provincial Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic / Millwright.
• Uphold Health and Safety practices and processes to keep premises and operations safe.
• Repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul and maintain equipment with preventative maintenance focus.
• Document, track and report all work accurately.
• Operate with basic electrical understanding and CMMS knowledge.
• Available to work in a rotating shift environment.
• Strong English communication and computer skills.
