Job summary

Bailey Metal Products, a proud subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, is seeking a Red Seal Millwright on the Morning shift for its Surrey (BC) location. The role involves maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and production targets are met.

Requirements include 3–5 years in manufacturing or steel processing, MIG/TIG welding experience, hydraulic systems knowledge, and overhead crane operation. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing/steel processing experience.
• Proven MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and overhead cranes.
• Clear verbal and written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance and address safety issues.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and equipment installation with supervisor.
