Job summary

Bobcat of Brantford is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service and repair Bobcat equipment on customer sites and in our shop. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs, travel to job sites, and ensure accurate work orders. A Red Seal Journeyman and 10+ years of industry experience are required, with 5 years in the field preferred.

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment service experience required.
• Red Seal Journeyman certification required.
• Valid Ontario driver license with clean record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair Bobcat equipment.
• Set up, commission, and perform pre-delivery inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Order parts and materials as needed.
• Complete detailed work orders promptly.
• Maintain shop and field safety and cleanliness.
• Travel to customer sites to service equipment.
