Custom Truck One Source, Inc. is hiring a Remote Heavy Duty Equipment Technician to service CTOS equipment across Northern Ontario, based in Greater Sudbury or Timmins. The role involves extensive travel and field diagnostics and repairs.

Ideal candidates hold Ontario Journeyperson or Red Seal certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Company provides a fully equipped service truck and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ontario Journeyperson or Red Seal certification required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and troubleshooting skills.
• Must supply own hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on CTOS equipment.
• Travel to customer locations with ~75% overnight travel in Northern Ontario.
• Work on Bucket Trucks, Boom Trucks, Aerial Lift Equipment and related hydraulic/electrical systems.
• Document repairs, service orders and timekeeping accurately.
• Communicate repair progress clearly to customers and management.
• Participate in safety and technical training and adhere to regulations.
