Job summary

Randstad is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in the Greater Montreal Area. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of client positions and act as the brand ambassador, assessing candidates' English and French language skills.

This temporary contract role is hybrid (3 days on site) with a focus on delivering high-quality bilingual talent during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a motivated, dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in the Greater Montreal Area (GMA). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of client positions. You will serve as the primary brand ambassador, evaluating candidates' skill sets and conducting thorough language assessments to ensure our clients receive top-tier bilingual talent.

Location: Greater Montreal Area (GMA) – Hybrid (3 days on site)

Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour

Employment Type: Temporary Contract (with potential for extension or permanency)

Hours: Regular Business Hours (Monday–Friday, Day Shift)
