We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in recruitment and the ability to quickly build a strong network of candidates. In this role you will be part of a high-energy team where you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process.

Major Responsibilities include:
  1. Identifying talent through recruitment sources
  2. Screening potential candidates
  3. Conducting interviews
  4. Career guidance & consulting
  5. Creating job postings
  6. Short listing candidates
  7. Networking and head hunting
Job Requirements:
  1. You possess 2+ years of recruitment experience
  2. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  3. You have strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  4. You are results driven and thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment
  5. Post-secondary education is a strong asset
