Kognitive Sales Solutions is a dynamic and rapidly growing retail sales company committed to excellence. We are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us find the best talent in the industry. This individual will be managing, organizing, and executing various recruitment tasks focusing on high volume recruitment. The candidate will gain valuable HR Recruitment experience with its many functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
  • Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools as a means of increasing applicants and driving awareness in the market.

Keys to success:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with Sales recruitment an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
