What will you do?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will recruit on mid to senior level roles to support Account Managers. In addition, you will bring in new clients to partner with and manage accounts effectively in order to ensure a smooth process and strong results.

Job Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews.
  
  

Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  
  

Target Achievement and Metrics:

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and
  
  

Outcomes. Lead Generation

• Generate leads and build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Network and establish relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  
  

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Minimum of 5 years as a Recruitment Consultant or proven experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of agency and corporate recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual English & French a definite asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
