Your Opportunity
  • Deliver national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies within your assigned group
  • Manage full cycle student recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops and interns
  • Provide an exceptional talent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop, coordinate and attend campus recruitment events
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key academic partners including faculty, career office employees, and students
  • Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement and manage the national campus recruitment agenda
  • Develop and leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors, and clients. Collaborate on the delivery of the campus program and be an active advisor.
  • Elevate the Firm’s image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools, actively engaging in content creation
  • Monitor industry and market trends, implementing strategies and innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge
  • Travel will be required
Additional Information

Note: This is an 18-month contract opportunity to support a maternity leave replacement.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Enjoys fun and serious work in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable with planning and facilitating presentations
  • Strategic thinker with planning experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Superior time management skills, able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Previous campus recruitment experience is an asset
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least two years’ experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Bilingual in French is a strong asset
