Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Manager at Nova Staffing Inc. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building out our Direct Hire (headhunting) team of Talent Acquisition professionals.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience — this will be a hands-on Manager role, requiring you to perform a 360-degree desk
• Headhunting and cold call selling are essential skills
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop a team of Direct Hire recruiters, including headhunting. Headhunting involves calling potential candidates at their place of work, similar to sales cold calling, and is not limited to sending LinkedIn messages
• Responsible for P&L within this division
• Collaborate with other divisions, companies, and stakeholders
• Roles include Skilled Trades, Accounting, Project Management, Engineering, and general office positions
