Role :
- Identify, attract, and secure high-impact executive talent across North America
- Advise hiring managers and clients on recruitment strategies that go beyond the standard playbook
- Engage passive candidates using smart, targeted, and creative outreach
- Conduct thoughtful, in-depth interviews that assess more than credentials — we dig into motivation, leadership style, and culture fit
- Deliver clear, compelling candidate summaries and drive each search from kickoff to close
- Maintain consistent, high-level communication with clients to ensure alignment and momentum
- Manage interview logistics seamlessly, creating a streamlined experience for clients and candidates alike
- Provide data-driven reports that offer real-time visibility into search activity and outcomes
- Stay ahead of hiring trends and market shifts to continually refine and elevate our recruitment approach
Requirements
- Recruitment experience, with a strong grasp of best practices and techniques
- Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively sets you apart
- Client management is second nature to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Your organizational skills are top-notch, ensuring no detail is overlooked
- Based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
