Advising many of Canada’s corporate leaders, as well as U.S. and international parties with extensive interest in Canada, our more than 1,000 firm members are based in offices in Toronto, Montréal, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, and New York.
We are looking for a Practice Coordinator, Search to join our team to enhance our service delivery model for financing and corporate transactions. The role will work alongside our leading legal professionals.
This role can operate as a fully remote opportunity within Ontario, or hybrid working out of our Ottawa or Toronto offices.

Education and Experience
The position requires a university degree in any discipline or field of study. Recent graduates or those interested in the legal field are welcome to apply. Experience with PPSA and/or corporate searches, working in a fast-paced environment, and a demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks would be an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be acceptable.
