• Manage and execute sourcing activities, including posting jobs, networking, and leveraging internal and external candidate databases.
• Identify, interview, reference-check, and match qualified candidates with client hiring needs across professional sectors.
• Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines to support client needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and promotion of safe, healthy work environments.
• Ensure accurate and timely information in the ATS to support payroll and invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers to meet client expectations and strengthen cross-department relationships across #teamAgilus.
