Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination and submission of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and proposals.
• Partner with sales, operations, leadership and SMEs to create client-facing materials.
• Develop and maintain proposal content libraries, case studies, resumes and sales collateral.
• Manage proposal timelines, deliverables and review processes to ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor national/provincial bidding platforms and surface opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support sales enablement with client presentations, pitch decks and marketing content.
• Analyze outcomes and contribute to winning strategies for business growth.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Communications & Marketing Specialist in the Staffing Industry in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.

This position plays a key role in helping Agilus by Synergie win new business, build brand awareness and strengthen our market presence across Canada. You'll lead proposal and pursuit activities while supporting broader marketing initiatives, working closely with teams across the organization to create compelling content and deliver exceptional client experiences.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead the development, coordination and submission of compelling, high-quality RFP, RFI, RFQ, tender and proposal responses that bring our capabilities, experience and brand story to life.
• Partner with sales, operations, leadership, and subject matter experts to create compelling client-facing proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials that support business growth.
• Develop and maintain proposal content libraries, case studies, project profiles, resumes, and sales collateral to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and review processes, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and completed within tight deadlines.
• Maintain subscriptions to and actively monitor national and provincial bidding platforms to identify relevant opportunities, bringing qualified opportunities forward to internal stakeholders for evaluation and potential pursuit.
• Support sales enablement initiatives by creating client presentations, pitch decks, marketing materials, and strategic pursuit content that strengthens competitive positioning.
• Analyze proposal and pursuit outcomes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and contribute to winning strategies that enhance business development success.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset, enabling effective communication and support for clients, candidates, and stakeholders across Canada.
• Proven experience developing compelling B2B proposals, RFP responses and other client-facing submissions, with the ability to combine technical and operational content with strong storytelling, brand positioning and persuasive messaging.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or operational information into clear, compelling client-focused content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and experience partnering with business development, sales, operations, and leadership teams to create proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials that drive growth.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and experience using AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support research, content development, editing and proposal preparation, with strong judgment around accuracy, confidentiality, and quality.
