Qualifications

• A college diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, email marketing, content development, recruitment marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain recruitment communications for prospective students and other key audiences across email, SMS, video messaging, web, and digital channels.
• Create engaging content that supports student recruitment, application, and enrolment objectives while ensuring consistency with University brand standards.
• Design and maintain communication templates and assets within CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Admissions, Faculties, and other stakeholders to gather information and deliver effective communication campaigns.
• Provide recommendations on communication approaches, messaging strategies, and content improvements based on engagement metrics and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
