Responsibilities

• Build and execute a scalable recruiting strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Partner with founders to define hiring priorities and candidate profiles.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and industry networks.
• Strengthen employer brand within the AI ecosystem.
• Support founder-led hiring for senior engineers and AI leaders.
