LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for our Nashville-based client. This is a temporary assignment for a quickly growing organization, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet company standards.

Type: Temporary (2 months)

Compensation: $24-$29 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various customer service positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Leverage recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates
Conduct reference checks and background screenings
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure all necessary documentation and background checks are completed
Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top talent

Qualifications:

3+ years of Recruitment experience
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of effective recruitment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Workday and other recruitment software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
