We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and curious individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is hungry to succeed. You’ll be supported with training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of industries, while contributing to the success of our clients and candidates from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with our consultants to identify, research, and engage top talent.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Use your research skills and curiosity to source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Support the sales and recruitment teams with coordination, administration, and proactive communication.
• Take ownership of projects and continuously look for ways to improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Outstanding client service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Excellent technical skills, including strong proficiency with systems, research, and communication tools.
• Naturally curious, proactive, and driven personality – a true go-getter.
• University or College education preferred.
