You will assist in sourcing, screen candidates, and collaborate with senior recruiters to meet client requirements while utilizing an ATS and developing strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn applicant tracking systems (ATS) and manage candidate data.
• Interest in people and recruitment with strong communication.
• Willingness to learn from senior recruiters and contribute to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
• Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
