Randstad Canada in Edmonton is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator to act as the administrative anchor, splitting time between billing, order entry, records organization, and greeting guests. This role supports daily financial tasks and data entry in a friendly team setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in data entry or billing, strong Excel and Word skills, and familiarity with ERP systems like Dynamics or SAP.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or as a financial/billing clerk.
  • Experience in industrial, blue‑collar, construction, or trades office environments is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel ( Pivot Tables and lookups) and Word; ERP systems experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Billing & Invoicing Support: Gather timesheets, sales records, and expense receipts to prepare, process, and send daily client invoices accurately and on time.
  • Order & Data Management: Input sales orders, purchase orders, work details, and billing adjustments into enterprise software (Microsoft Dynamics / MS Dynamics) and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Financial Recordkeeping: Assist with processing payments, managing vendor records, balancing reports, and supporting daily accounting tasks.
  • Front Desk & Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, order office supplies, and manage general office administrative needs.

We are looking for a dependable Temporary Office Coordinator in Edmonton. In this role, you will serve as the administrative anchor of the office. You will split your time between supporting daily financial billing, entering customer sales orders, organizing records, and greeting incoming guests.   • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel (intermediate functions such as Pivot Tables and data lookups) and Word. Prior experience navigating ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, SAP, or QuickBooks) is required.
  • Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, organized, dependable, and a proactive, approachable personality.
