As the first point of contact the Reception/Office Services plays a vital role in shaping the experience of everyone that comes through the door. Reporting to the WCD Team Lead, this position is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless front-of-house experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and passion for delivering exceptional service will help ensure our office runs smoothly and reflects the high standards of WCD.

Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for employees, guests, and external partners, this role is responsible for providing a professional, welcoming, and responsive front-of-house experience. The position supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility by coordinating reception and administrative activities, assisting with facility needs, and helping maintain a safe, organized, and well-maintained workplace. The role also provides general administrative and customer service support to internal teams, responds to inquiries and requests, and assists with a variety of operational tasks as required. Strong communication, organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential to effectively manage competing priorities and ensure a positive experience for employees, visitors, and business partners.
