The Ottawa Senators are seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to welcome visitors and support daily operations at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. You will balance front desk duties with administrative tasks and help keep offices running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English, calm under pressure, and capable of multitasking across calls, mail, scheduling, and meetings.
As the first face our visitors see, the Receptionist & Office Administrator sets the tone for the energy and excitement at the Canadian Tire Centre. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations off the ice. Balancing front desk duties with administrative responsibilities, you’ll be the go-to team member.
