The Sensplex Facilities, an affiliate of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, is seeking a Development Program Coordinator to research, develop and execute world-class programs at Bell Sensplex and other facilities. You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage part-time staff, and drive program budgets, forecasts, and marketing plans.
Qualifications include a university degree or college diploma in sports/business, hockey knowledge, strong communication, and two years of customer service

The Development Program Coordinator is responsible for researching, developing, planning, organizing, marketing, executing, evaluating, and reporting on world-class programs and events held at or on behalf of Capital Sports Management Inc. (“CSMI”), at the Sensplex facilities. This position is based primarily out of the Bell Sensplex, however will involve regular time spent at other CSMI-managed facilities (including the Richcraft Sensplex & Cavanagh Sensplex). The Coordinator is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring all part-time team members involved in the execution of CSMI programs do the same.

This role falls within a base salary range of $43,500.00 - $66,600.00 annually, consistent with the organization’s established salary ranges. Salary ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to market data, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skillset.
