Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Real Estate Economics or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, real estate investment, development or asset management.
• Real estate acquisitions or investment analysis experience preferred.
• CPA or CFA designation, or progress toward either, is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Underwrite and evaluate residential and commercial real estate acquisition and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, development, budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze investment returns, cash flows and project economics.
• Support financial and operational due diligence, transaction execution and financing activities.
• Monitor portfolio, project and asset-level performance with budget-to-actual analysis.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Conduct market and comparable-property analysis to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Acquisitions, Development, Construction, Asset Management and Finance.
