Zusammenfassung

Altus Group Ltd is seeking a Real Estate Advisory Analyst to join the Investment Management Services team in Toronto. You will gain knowledge in investment management services, appraisal, and financial due diligence for all property types, learning how market trends impact rent and expenses and how to manage client workflows.

Responsibilities include supporting acquisitions, asset management, mortgage and lending needs, ARGUS model audits, lease reviews, and financial analysis.

Qualifikationen

• University or college degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Previous CRE industry internship or experience preferred.
• Strong written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support acquisitions, asset management and lending needs for commercial real estate portfolios.
• Assist with ARGUS Enterprise model audits, lease reviews and data abstraction.
• Analyze market data to determine market rent and adjustments.
• Prepare cash flow models and appraisal reports using standard methodologies.
• Support appraisals review and ensure USPAP compliance.
• Assist due diligence, financial modeling and transaction analysis.
