Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong financial acumen and decision-making skills.
• University degree with real estate emphasis; 3 years real estate experience.
• Experience preparing detailed investment presentations/reports and using MS Office.
• Self-starter with strategic thinking, integrity, and prioritization ability.

Responsibilities

• Support development of financial and valuation models for land acquisitions.
• Prepare valuation analyses for development projects and repositioning.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to inform investments.
• Improve tools/templates to streamline evaluation processes.
• Present findings to internal and external stakeholders; track pipeline progress.
• Participate in meetings and provide analytical support on deals.
