Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models for real estate assets, focusing on multifamily.
• Analyze property financials, rent rolls, AGIs, budgets, and capex.
• Review third party reports and identify key drivers.
• Research market information for proposals and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on underwriting and materials.
• Provide timely analytical support to team and clients.
• Draft sections of client-facing marketing materials.
• Assist with special ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
