The Investment Analyst is an essential member of CBRE Toronto's National Investment Team, actively contributing to the team's success through rigorous analysis, sound judgment, responsiveness, and integrity. Supported by ongoing coaching and direct exposure to senior team members, the Analyst will progressively take ownership of assigned workstreams while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and highest professional standards.
The Investment Analyst will conduct real estate and market analysis and prepare financial models, pitch presentations, valuation materials, and marketing documents for investment sales assignments, with a primary focus on multifamily residential assets. Responsibilities include underwriting investment opportunities, analyzing financial and operating data, reviewing rent rolls and lease documentation, conducting market research, and synthesizing economic and real estate trends into clear internal, and client-facing insights.
CBRE’s National Investment Team is a market-leading investment sales platform advising institutional and private investors on some of Canada's most significant real estate transactions across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and development land. The team includes Chartered Financial Analysts, former bankers, and asset managers. The team caters to corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial real estate investors.
