Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 5-10 years of industry experience in a supervisory position or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of ready-mix concrete operations and project environments
• Ability to lead multiple contracts and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Experience with dispatcher software and MS Office helpful

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day concrete production and delivery activities for large infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate plant production, dispatch, trucking, and materials to meet pour schedules.
• Ensure compliance with concrete specifications and quality control processes.
• Manage safety, maintenance, and workforce planning across the operation.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and project teams to align on requirements.
