Job summary

Employee Benefit Consultants, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Western Canada construction sites, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and the highest quality.

You will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, plan, schedule and supervise field activities while mentoring junior staff. Required are a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering and 7+ years of PM experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 7+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• MS Office and MS Project software proficiency.
• Shows initiative and leadership.
• Strong management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Read project specifications and acquire required technical/administrative information.
• Obtain blueprints and align them with bid plans and contracts.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and on-site execution.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices in project management.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Obtain licenses/permits and manage contracts and change orders.
