360 Services in Oxford is seeking experienced Care Workers, Junior Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to join our night-shift teams across Homeless hostels, Women's Refuges, Night Shelters and Supported accommodation projects.

You will perform welfare checks, support safeguarding, monitor access, document incidents, assist with meals and light cleaning, and work with senior staff to ensure people feel safe, valued and respected.

Responsibilities

Carry out regular welfare, health, and security checks.
Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of residents.
Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorised visitors enter.
Identify, report, and accurately document safeguarding, security concerns, and incidents.
Respond to and investigate alarm activations when required.
Maintain accurate visitor and incident logs.
Distribute food donations and assist with light cleaning duties.
Support senior support staff with other tasks as required.
