Job summary

Belong Morris Feinmann (Didsbury) is seeking a Care Assistant to join our night team in a village-style home, delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect to our residents.

We have two 28.5-hour night roles and one 19-hour night role, paying £13.45 per hour. You will support with personal care, mealtimes and records, in a compassionate, team-oriented environment with induction, ongoing training, DBS cost coverage and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect.
• Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
• Team player but able to work on your own initiative.
• Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the Home.
• NVQ Level 2 in health & social care or the Care Certificate will be considered for night roles.

About the Role:

As a care assistant, you will work together with other staff in the running of the household. You will aim to maintain high standards of care and service towards customers, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
