Job summary

Candlemas Mead in Beaconsfield is seeking an Assistant Support Worker to help create a respectful, empowering environment for six adults with learning disabilities. You will provide personal care with dignity, assist with medications and support daily living skills, building trusting relationships with residents.

We value compassion, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; a care certificate is preferred or a willingness to undertake one.
