We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Waking Night Support Workers to join our teams across our homes in the Portsmouth area (PO1 & PO2). You will be supporting people with profound learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and a range of health needs. Experience supporting people with autism and an understanding of behaviours of distress would be advantageous, although a calm, patient, and person-centred approach is most important. Working independently during overnight hours, you'll be responsible for promoting wellbeing, maintaining a safe environment, and providing high-quality support tailored to each person's individual needs.
