The shift pattern on a 2-week rota is as follows:

Week 1 - 9:30pm - 7:30am: Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Male* Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

Our residential service in Langley is a welcoming and friendly environment! You will be working in the evenings as part of the night support team, alongside a sleep-in colleague supporting up to five adults and ensuring their individual needs are met through a person-centred approach. The role involves providing high-quality support with personal care, alongside supporting individuals with their nutrition and hydration needs. You will promote meaningful social and emotional interaction and engagement for those who are awake during night-time hours, while also undertaking a range of domestic duties to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment, and ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the service throughout the night. Experience with moving and handling support would be preferential.
