Sanctum Care Group in Saskatoon, Canada, is seeking a Home Support Worker to provide patient‑centred care to clients at risk or living with HIV. Casual Home Support Workers are trained and expected to work in both the Sanctum and Sanctum 1.5 programs.
The home support worker provides care and support to clients with or at high risk for HIV. Clients may also be affected by mental illness, addiction, poverty, homelessness or other psychosocial factors. The home support worker will embody a patient‑centered harm reduction care model aimed at creating independence and autonomy while fostering an environment of acceptance and understanding for residents.
This position may require day, evening, night, weekend and shift work. We operate three different shifts 7 days a week – you must be available to work weekends as well as the shift times listed below.
Wage Range: $19.00 – $23.00
