POSITION: R&D (Research & Development) Lab Technician

REPORTS TO: R&D Manager

We are looking for an R&D Lab Technician to join our R&D team! Our R&D Lab Technician will conduct tests, manage lab inventory, maintain instrument records, support lab and plant trials, conduct shelf-life studies, and more.

In this role, you will apply your technical and administrative knowledge and creativity to develop and improve our plant-based products. You will balance your technical skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage constraints in a fast-paced food production environment. You will work on interesting R&D projects, apply your creativity, and support the team, contributing meaningfully while growing your skills and knowledge within the company.

• Ability to prepare reports and communicate research findings effectively.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of R&D or QA experience in a food or pharma production facility.
• Degree or diploma in food science, food technology, or related field.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Hands-on baking experience.
• Ability to create and manage databases.
