Job summary

SFC Energy Ltd. in Grande Prairie, AB is seeking a Quotations Specialist to support customers across North America.

You will review RFQs, prepare quotations, and coordinate with our Technical Services and Sales teams to deliver accurate, timely quotes. Ideal candidates have a degree or technical certification in instrumentation or electronics, 2–3+ years in the field, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of related industry experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer-care focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.
• French language skills are not required but would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal teams across North America and with colleagues at our German headquarters to develop new and existing business opportunities.
• Reviewing customer RFQs and requirements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Preparing and delivering high-quality customer quotations.
• Processing customer sales orders and maintaining clear communication throughout the order process.
• Working with the Technical Services team to evaluate customer applications and provide solutions to technical questions and challenges.
• Supporting inventory management, including shipping and receiving activities at the local SFC Energy office.
