Job summary

SFC Energy Ltd. in Grande Prairie, AB is seeking a Quotations Specialist to support North American sales by preparing accurate customer quotations, reviewing RFQs, and coordinating with internal teams.

You will use Salesforce CRM and MS Office to manage orders, maintain clear communication, and ensure timely delivery. A Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation or related field and 2–3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of related industry experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-care focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• French language skills are not required but would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal teams across North America and with colleagues at our German headquarters to develop new and existing business opportunities.
• Reviewing customer RFQs and requirements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Preparing and delivering high-quality customer quotations.
• Processing customer sales orders and maintaining clear communication throughout the order process.
• Working with the Technical Services team to evaluate customer applications and provide solutions to technical questions and challenges.
• Supporting inventory management, including shipping and receiving activities at the local SFC Energy office.
