Job summary

Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to maintain the QMS, review specifications, and manage audits.

You will lead corrective actions and support product releases, collaborating across departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, with 3+ years in QA/QC or related manufacturing experience and knowledge of ISO 9001; API/CSA exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum three years in quality assurance, quality control, materials/industrial/chemical/quality engineering, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience with API 5CT, API 5L, CSA Z245.1 and steelmaking assets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to learn other software applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the quality management system (QMS).
• Review customer specifications and ensure product releases conform to standards.
• Organize internal and third-party site audits.
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Maintain procedures, work instructions, and QMS documentation.
• Support timely product release for finishing and shipping.
• Lead change management and conduct risk assessments.
• Assist in root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions.
• Provide coverage for key quality control activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three years working in quality assurance, quality control, materials/industrial/chemical/quality engineering, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in API 5CT, API 5L, CSA Z245.1, and steelmaking are assets.

• Experience writing technical documents and work instructions.
