Job summary

COFOMO is seeking a senior test automation specialist in Montreal to lead the testing strategy and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. You will work with development teams to improve quality across web interfaces, embracing modern automation frameworks and tools.

The role emphasizes mastery of test automation practices, collaboration, and the ability to scale testing in a hybrid work environment. Experience with Python is a plus and CI/CD maturity is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior test automation consultant.
• Over 5 years in development teams.
• Over 3 years in teams with mature CI/CD practices.
• Master test automation practices and strategies.
• Experience with web interfaces.
• Familiar with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Proficient with XRay, Gherkin, Cucumber and Selenium.
• Robot Framework and Python are a plus.
