Job summary

Circle of Care is seeking a Director of Quality, Risk and Performance to lead a robust quality and risk program across the organization. The role focuses on patient safety, continuous improvement, and leveraging data to drive decision-making.

The position is full-time, hybrid with on-site leadership at head office in Toronto, Ontario. Reports to the Vice President of Quality, Strategic Partnerships and Communications and oversees accreditation processes and external reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level statements are not provided; listed requirements show advanced degree and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality and risk methodologies including ERM and measurement systems.
• Experience in developing and executing long-term quality improvement strategies in healthcare.
• Leadership and relationship-building with stakeholders across the organization.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and monitoring of the organization’s Quality, Risk, Performance, Safety and Compliance Framework and annual QIP.
• Drive organization-wide quality improvement initiatives and embed continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Board to advance culture of quality, safety and equity.
• Oversee collection and reporting of quality, safety, risk, and performance indicators.
• Lead Enterprise Risk Management including risk identification, mitigation and reporting across domains.
