Job summary

Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness in Southwestern Ontario seeks a Director of Data Strategy, Analytics, and Quality to join the executive team. The role leads system planning, data governance, performance management, and client engagement across the southwest region, shaping how data informs care and policy.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, 8–10 years of senior leadership, LEAN/Six Sigma, PMP, and a track record building quality programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in health administration, social sciences, MBA, or related field.
• 5+ years in health system planning, leading quality improvement.
• LEAN or Six Sigma certification/experience is a plus (IHI training valuable).
• 8–10 years of senior leadership experience, with success leading leaders.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is a plus.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging in all work areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performing quality and lead agency team for system planning, performance management, and quality improvement.
• Partners with Executive Leadership to cultivate a culture of quality, accountability, and client engagement.
• Demonstrates stewardship of financial and organizational resources and alignment with strategic plan.
• Ensures compliance with legislation, accreditation standards, and policies.
• Oversees data collection, analysis, reporting, and data-driven program evaluation.
• Leads client/family engagement initiatives and supports equity in care.
