Job summary

Interior Health is seeking a Quality Review Coordinator who leads risk and quality review processes across long-term care facilities within the Kootenay Boundary and East Kootenay Region. This term-specific, full-time role focuses on advancing quality initiatives and resident safety.

You will collaborate with IH site managers, Patient Care Quality Officers, and external partners, prepare summary reports, monitor performance data, and support MOH directives and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality review processes in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of MOH directives, accreditation, and safety standards.
• Ability to analyze data from complaints, licensing, and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality review processes for long-term care facilities and coordinate teams.
• Produce summary reports for clinical operations leadership.
• Monitor risk, incidents, and performance data to drive improvement.
