Position: Quality Control Analyst
What You’ll Be Doing

This role involves coordinating and auditing documentation for entries as assigned. You will assist in maintaining the quality and accuracy of import entries, handle requests for missing information, and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers in acquiring proper import documentation.
  • Review Certificates of Origin and other documents to confirm eligibility for Free Trade programs.
  • Analyze and update PGA records in entries and databases, understanding PGA reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations department to maintain client databases and audit files for accuracy.
  • Service clients and report issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Ensure shipments comply with US Federal Code of Regulations during entry.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and sound decision-making.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Maintain an organized calendar to manage meetings, tasks, and initiatives.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to provide exceptional customer support.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in US Customs brokerage
  • Basic knowledge of HTS classification
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  • Legal eligibility to work at all times
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally to other office locations in CAD/USA/MEX
