Ingredion is currently recruiting for the position of
Quality Control Analyst, supporting the Cardinal facility located in Cardinal, Ontario. This position supports the accurate and timely testing of both in process and finished product to meet the needs of customers. Also provides process support to ensure compliance and process parameters.
What You Will Bring (Experience And Knowledge):
- Prioritize testing based on business needs and maintain accurate records of laboratory data. Investigate and verify results of “Out of Specification” investigations and manage lab instruments' calibration.
- Perform specialized testing for customers and departmental projects, ensuring non-routine tests are conducted properly.
- Review lab data for accuracy, administer proficiency testing programs, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Revise and update laboratory Standard Operating Procedures and engage with clients to address complaints.
Who You Are (Skills And Behaviors):
- Uses CI/LSS tools to enhance quality and collaborates with customers to develop solutions.
- Addresses customer requests promptly and audits processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Learns rapidly and expands expertise, capable of working in fast-paced team environments.
- Demonstrates strong social, written, and computer skills while leading and prioritizing tasks.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Food Science, with knowledge in microbiology and food safety standards.

Pay Range:
$62,880.00-$83,840.00 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
